There is probably more options out there but. I took a 90 iroc that was all stock and put a low mileage motor with an lt1 intake and heads. Put a dizzy in the back and had bill howell efi burn me a prom chip for my car. Ran great I think it was 200 bucks for the chip.

That cam sounds good but is it an efi grind? Some cams are hard to tune when they are not efi specific. Don't get me wrong there are some cams that are not meant for efi but work with efi.
Try taking a look at some of the cams from tpis.com. The zz9x and zzx make good power and they can burn a chip for you.
Also, look at the lt1 grinds from comp such as the "306" it is a healthy and radical cam. Look at Advanced Inductions too they are making some sick power with their cams in lt1 motors.
I just built a 92 z28 with 187 runner afr heads and a zz409 cam from tpis and it made 368 at the rear wheels and that was with the stock 1992 bottom end in it with 127,000 miles and in 90 degree weather

Don't buy tpis junk cams you pay more for them for really nothing when you can just buy a comp catalog cam for $250 instead of $370 that will work just as good if not better. If you really want a special grind have comp make you one and at least spend the 350 on a legit reason like a special grind from comp. Comp has plenty of efi grinds. If you want a stable engine go with a wide lobe separation, 112 min upto 116 degres. more lobe sep more idle vacum more stable easier to tune smoother through rpm. Oh and better part throttle cylinder filling which means better mileage.

I have a cam with similar duration but .580 lift and a 109LSA on a stock bottom end 1990 IROC (AFR heads, etc.). It is a Joe Overton cam. Car put 380 to the rollers and runs 11.60's at 117MPH. The vacuum at idle was a little low for the brakes, so there is a pump on it. I didn't tune or build the engine, but the guy that did was good. He made it sound like it wasn't too bad, so I think you will be okay. My car is speed density, so I am not sure how much more difficult the MAF will be. I know there is a LOT of timing advance at low throttle...I think that plays a part in how well it runs. I get 15MPG in combined driving back and forth to work.

Assuming its a roller cam engine, the Comp XFI280HR-113 would be great in that engine.
And go with 30lbs injectors, you'll need them for higher RPMs.
You should be able to tune that with little problems.

I'm not to kean on the MAF setup. A map setup is easier to find someone to do the tuning IMO. I had a TPI MAF setup on my truck and besides the fact that its hard to find someone to tune it and do it well, there also isn't many option for a bigger MAF sensor.
