Default BBC E-85 Carb

Im looking for a carb for my 468 BBC with 13.1 compression, around 575 - 650 HP. Ive looked at Pro Systems, BG's, 4150's, 4500's. I dont know what to go with, its going to be a street car and im not wanting to spend more than $1000. What size would feed this motor? Ideally i would like to find a used one right now for as cheap as i could, but if i cant would a off the shelf Demon suffice? I can get a Mighty Sportsman from Jegs for $674.99. I know Pro Systems, and other custom carb builders that i dont know about would be better, but are they worth the extra 200 - 400 bucks?? Keep in mind this is just going to be a street cruiser with the occasional trip to the strip. All help is appreciated. Thanks, Eric.

An 850 holley mechanical carb is what i think would fit your bill if you are not going over 6500 RPM ir so.

if you're running e-85 you will have to have the carb set up a lot different than a gas set up. e 85 will demand alot more fuel

quickfuel makes a e85 dedicated carb...look into those.
