Default 650 or 750 for this set up?

the engine is 350 stock short block with E-tec 200 heads, performer rpm air gap intake,226/226 .525"/.525" on 112lsa roller cam, long tube headers, march pulleys,TH350 with shift kit and stock converter and 3.73 now it has 750 double pump mechanical with 69/72 jets and its very rich at idle I checked the plugs it has little carbon on them but no sign of fuel on them I was thinking about removing the primary power valve and see from there the idle air mixture secrews are turned one and half turns if I close them little bit it will smoke and hurts my eyes

Either carb will work, but the 750 will make a touch more HP.

Removing the p/v won't make any difference at idle as it is a paart throttle circuit part. You probably have some trash in the air bleeds in the top of it. Get some carb cleaner with the tube and spray down the air bleeds to see if you can get them cleaned out.

What is your timing advance at idle? You may not have enough. If that is true, you need to open the throttle blades too far to get it to idle and fuel will be sucked through the transition slots causing a rich idle. Always sort out the timing before touching the carb. Ask me how I know!
