Default Nitrous SBC

I am really wanting to use nitrous as a go to, low buck power adder for my build. I recently (within the year) built a 350 small block. Bored .030 over, steel crank, pink rods, flat top pistons, 305 heads with oversize valves and a pretty good port job to them. Edelbrock Performer RPM intake, holley 750cfm double pumper carb, and an comp cams XE 274 H Cam 274/286 duration. 230/236 @.50 lift. 1.6 roller tip rockers. Sitting right around 10.5 ish compression. Full length headers with cutouts for the track.

Now that you have the details, what would i need to do/change to run about a 125 shot through a carb plate for strip use?

I am looking at the NOS Powershot kit for a good bang for my buck.

I want to be as safe as possible, and would rather make changes before, that repairs after.

Thanks guys, hope to hear back!!

I would think stronger crank and rods with the pistons but I haven't had much luck with nitrous

The pink rods are OK. As long as you replaced the rod bolts with ARP bolts. What type of pistons are you running. Hypers' cast or forged? Also what rings are you running? I would start out with a Cheater system, that way when you upgrade the motor you can later up the shot.

I'd leave it completely alone and spray the 125 shot. Just make sure you pull timing and run a colder plug.
