Guess this horsepower 1997 2-bolt vortec roller block,
xr279hr cam 495/.503 lift
218/224 I/E
vortecs modified with z28 springs for higherlift,electric water pump, hei distributor, 600 cfm crb,9:6:1 compression,shorty headers for clearance,th350 transmission, dual plane vortec manifold. All going into 86 camaro with 3:42's

I don't see it making close to 400 with that small of a cam and a dual plane. Maybe 350-360 on a good day.
It took car craft to use a 230/236 cam, a 1 inch spacer, 1.6:1 rockers and 10:1 compression to make 440 hp, so to have less cam, less compression and a shorter rocker, and a dual plane intake would make it real hard to see 400 out of it.

Yep, 380ish sounds right. Like I said, close to 400. Will be fun. I has 230/230 single pattern Elgin roller that was .480 lift and on a 108 LSA, ran fantastic with the vortec heads.
