Trying to build sbc need help!! Sup guys trying to build a sbc 400 or 350 looking to make the most power all motor carb motor will do nitrous looking to find out the best piston to uses and high compression or low?

Gotta start off what block do you have? Whats the casting number on the rear drivers side in between the cylinder head and transmission.
General rule of thumb is do not go over 10.5:1 CR you will have detonation issues if you do go over. depending on how much you wanna spray, if its a lot i would get a stand alone fuel system for the nitrous.
If you were closer id just sell you my 383
