vortec intake have 96 sbc. with vortec heads. after market intake I bought has bolt holes wider in the center than on head, and no water passage. I ordered one with voetec heads.

Most people think just cause it has center bolt valve covers its vortec heads. As previous post says, vortec heads only have 8 bolt holes, and they are 90*. There are no center bolt holes for intake.
