I'm in the process of putting a lt1 in a 95 chevy k1500 truck and plan on intake and a holley sniper efi and rear distributer I'd like to know ahead of time if there mite be any issues i mite be facing doing this any advice would be appreciated.

I'd definitely replace or service the Optispark system now. It was a known weak spot in LT1 engines.

You missed the part where he said he's putting a traditional intake and distributor in it.

OP you'll be good to go, what trans are you using?

I'll be using the factory 5 speed in truck which I'm not sure what is I'll find out though

All good since you're using the holly set up you won't need any info from the trans so you'll be good to rock and roll.

should be an nv3500 unless someone swapped an nv4500 in it
