Afr 350
Hey. I had a 408 with the 210 AFR heads and I have a 406 with 195 AFR Eliminator heads in my 86 C10. The 210’s won’t hurt your engine at all, unless the valves hit your pistons, but would be very lazy on a 350 unless you had a solid roller cam and your setup would spin to 8,000 RPM. If you call and talk with them they would steer you in the direction of a 180cc head and maybe the 195’s with a really stout cam and intake. If you have the heads and just want to use them then most definitely you can bolt them on. I don’t think you’re stick internal short block will be very happy above 6,000 RPM. That’s where these heads really get started. Good luck.
Strap a 250 shot on a plate under the carb and it will come ALIVE!!!! right up until those cast pistons decide to start exiting the the cylinder bores!!! Up the intake vales out the exhaust into the bottom of the oil pan and maybe if your real lucky through the side of the block. Then you get to put a piece of thick glass on top of your new garage "coffee table"
