re-use main caps?

ive decided to build a 355 out of my new block and i was wondering if the stock main caps will be strong enough? i will have all forged internals and looking to spray a 150 to 200 shot.

stock main caps are fine. You don't really need exotic stuff for main caps unless you're looking at 800+ hp, IMHO. Just make sure they are in order, and line bore them if necessary.
