, Hopefully the manifold and setup will be up and running a week from this sunday. I'll let everyone know how it turns out. Ill give you a hint on what manifold it is, there is a post on it on another board. Ill put a link up to it soon, but for now i will just hold whoever doesn't know about it in suspense

A 383 with a C306 won't need to be spun past 6500 even with ported heads. That cam just isn't big enough for a stroker to keep making power past there. Assuming your bottom end has ARP bolts with Clevite bearings and was well balanced, it'll hold to at least 7500 on a road course, 8000 drag racing.
