Default Patriot's new SBC CNC ported heads

Patriot Performance is proud to announce the release of its 23 Degree SBC ported head. This is our own aluminum casting that is 100% CNC ported. The design for this runner was created by one of the premier porters in the business. We will be offering the "Classic" street/strip version and the "Classic" race version. These heads will be available in 195, 215, and 225 intake runners.

Our 195cc runner with 2.02"/1.60" on our 1020 Superflow flows:


.100" 68 / 58
.200" 122 / 98
.300" 177 / 133
.400" 222 / 169
.500" 251 / 193
.550" 260 / 201
.600" 271 / 205
.650" 275 / 207
.700" 280 / 210


The "Classic" street/strip version will come equipped with:

Choice of 2.02"/1.60" or 2.08"/1.60" Performance series stainless steel valves
.650" Dual Springs (for use with flat tappet or hydraulic roller cams)
Ti Retainers
3/8" Screw In Studs and Guide Plates
Machined Locks
Bronze Guides
Hardened Steel Spring Bases
Viton Rubber Seals

All of this for only $1,295.00 assembled !!



The "Classic" race version is equipped with:

Choice of 2.02"/1.60" or 2.08"/1.60" Competition series stainless steel valves
.700" Springs (For use with solid or hydraulic rollers)
Ti Retainers
7/16" Screw In Studs and Guide Plates
Machined Locks
Bronze Guides
Hardened Steel Spring Bases
Viton Rubber Seals

These sell for $1,495.00 assembled !!



One of the facilities doing testing on these heads recently used our 195cc, 2.02"/1.60" street/strip version of our heads. They were used on a 383 stroker, 10.5-1 compression, .040" quench, 242/248 .540"/.560" 110 LSA hydraulic roller. Our heads on this combo netted 517 hp @ 6200 rpm and 493 ft-lb @ 4800 rpm !!

Been waiting a while now! Pics look good but some more would be awesome.


I'd like to see some numbers from a 383 with the 225's, 12:1, and a strip oriented Solid roller.

those are good numbers.there's alot of competition in the heads department for the sbc so maybe you guys can do well.i'd like to see a 406 with a sr cam with a 260-270* and .630-660 lift cam.good luck.

We have some guys working on testing with a similar set up. We will keep everyone posted on new numbers we get.

How do the 225cc heads flow? Are they the same price as shown for the 195cc?

All runner and valve sizes will be the same prices.

Here are some numbers off of a 225 with 2.02" intakes we just flowed. We are still devloping the 225 runner so we should have some updated numbers soon.
