I'm running a Carter 8 psi (110-120 GPH I think) electric pump with a Carter 8 psi mechanical pump since my car sees the street a bunch. Never drops below 6.25 psi on motor or 5 psi on the bottle, and these are both internally regulated. Holley blue or black electric pumps are also good choices, but they require a separate regulator.

I purchased the Holley Blue Fuel Pump. It came with the regulater. I haven't hooked it up yet but thought I'd throw that info in there.
