Default Shafiroff Vs. the Rest

I'm going with a GEN 1 swap into a 93 M6 TA, I've been looking at Shafiroff's SB and BB motor and think i like the 598/985 combo + Nitrous.

Any other engine builders have a similar combo?

Whats the Quality of the Motor?

I really like Schmidt, he makes some good, reliable, badass motors.

I'm in the Chicago area, so it works out great, in an emergency, Schmidt is only 3 hours away.

Top top quality. If I don't build a LS motor with a Pro-charger, I'm getting their 760" BBC bracket motor.

yeah steer clear from shafiroff i really don't like there motors or there service. if you get lucky enough to talk to scott he's cool and knows his stuff while evryone one else there is a *******. and unless you're spending big money all of shafiroff's motors are assembly line built so 10 different people finger it before it's complete,.
