I have done .080 with no problem

wHEN YOU THINK ABOUT IT IT ONLY .010 thiner wall than .060 with a wall thats about .200 Casting flaws will cause problems I still think most Ford blocks are thinner standard.

i have a 125 over big block as well. it was a 427 block now its around 451 by bore alone.
