"Upgraded Vortec head kits - features our high performance Z28 valve springs with light weight LT4 retianers, good for about 0.550" lift with a hydraulic camshaft."
now the truck WILL NEVER see the track, only thing it will be seeing is my garage and car shows and the weekend rides from time to time. I want a semi-lopey idle that is noticeable but not so lopey its a workout to drive the son of a bitch! I have been trying to research as much as possible but I guess my brain just doent do the whole cam thing. I have no idea how to selection the proper duration and lfit and things of this nature. so help please?

Now what is the differance bewteen a hydraulic roller and a flat tappet cam? I know a solid roller cam is pretty much a race car cam and not very streetable. im still just trying to figure out the cam process here.
