i bought some new AFRs and they come in next week...so i did a compression test to see if I should put them on right away or just wait untill I build my 383 and these were the results...
1--125psi
3--120psi
5--120psi
7--120psi

2--120psi
4--135psi

You have more than 10% deviation just on one cylinder head, which means that the motor needs to be freshened/rebuilt depending on how the internals mic out. I would not put your new heads on this weak motor. You will have ALOT of blowby happening.
