vortec 350 questions

vortec 350 questions to start out me and a friend are going to put a 350/t56 in a 87 supra we already have 2 lt1 t56s so now its a matter of deciding what engine to go with and i recently read this article

and like the idea of a factory roller cam and good flowing heads so it seems like a good foudation for a buget build but i have a few questions
one ive read about the problems with the the valve springs not allowing for more than 450 lift but i found these

they would seem to solve the problem but i want to know if they really work ie has anyone tryed them and also ive read that the rocker studs pull out with more lift and was wondering exactly how to go about fixing this or if its a machine shop only type fix thanks
