longtube install
longtube install I just bought a set of Pacesetter Quiktrip longtube ceramic coated headers and o/r y, I was looking at the install papers on the headers and they say to remove the alternator, starter, coolant, oil filter/oil, steering u joints, spark plugs, and dip stick. does that make sense? have any of you put longtubes on and not had to remove these parts or are they a necessity to remove?

its a 95 z28, not many miles, but i sure as hell dont want to drain all the fluids out of the car
I just did a header install on a 94 Z, without draining anything.
I did remove the steering knuckle, starter, alternator, and dipstick. I also unhooked the passenger side motor mount and raised the engine a couple of inches.
