It's Alive At Last! Well fellas,i finally got the car running today and did a little playing 
outside my local shop.I plan to take it to the track sunday just to get a feel for it since it's been so long since i've driven a race car.I still have to pay madman a visit for some wheelie bars before i'm able to really run it

The hood is a 4"cowl,and the headers are hooker 2455's.They fit decent after cuting and rerouting #s 1,3and5 
. Took it to the track today and confirmed what i already knew,I need some coil overs for the front and shocks and anti squats for the rear.I sold my old kyb's and eibach drag springs when I started this build and now have just stockers up front and the small springs for the minni tubs out back.Only made two passes running 6.57 in the 8/th with a 1.6 60'(no mph available 
) spinning my *** off and pedaling 
and coasting to an 11.52 1/4 letting out at the 1/8th

Yep,it used to be an LT1 car.Started out as a daily driver,then just kinda snowballed.Ran a solid roller 383lt1 on nitrous for about 2 years,but never could get it in the 9s,close though(10.0s to 10.20s).And yea I know the times are horrible ,but its' like riding on skates right now.I'm going to get the suspension right before I go back to the track,but this time was just for shakedowns

very beautiful car. the stance, motor, and appearance are beautiful. reminds me of my buddy's 94 Z28. he will be getting it back hopefully tomm. 383 stroker w/ a supercharger. should be worth the long wait. great car!
