84 firebird 350 swap
I have a friend looking to put an '87 suburban 350 into his 84 firebird. His first question to me was what to do about the wireing harness. It seems simple to me, only because Im in the middle of an ls1 swap.
Any place I could lead him too or look at myself to help him along?
His car currently has a v6 in it which the car came with. I think his biggest issue will be the motor mounts, fitment, and transmission.
Thanks for any help here.

I'm not sure but I think all mounts should be the same, they wernt on my 94 V6 but from what I saw they were the same on the older V6 and V8's.
As for wiring start by removing the engine harness and ECU and installing them in the bird.

see thats the thing I dont think hes getting the harness, just the engine. Hes not even planning on getting the trans. So without those hes gonna slap a carb on there ( it might already have a carb) and just have a simple small block.
