Is the stock oil pump a complete dog in high rpm, high horsepower engine

What oil pump would you reccoment for a small chevy, hi rpm / hi hp ?

not a stock one! lol. i would go with a high volume anti-cavitation pump, and if a very serious motor a billet aluminum adjustable moroso pump.
