Damn you need to provide a little more info than that, unless you just want to roll it off the trailer and let it run for the car show.

To pick a cam, the people you ask need to know how you plan to use the car.
Race only?
Street?
What fuel do you plan to run?
How much does the car weigh?
What transmission?
If an automatic do you have a converter or plan to buy one to match the engines rpm range?
What rear gears and rear tire height?
Aluminum heads, or iron? (for DCR recommendation)
Are the parts list all you have so far?
Do you have plans to flycut the pistons if necessary?
Whats your max intended rpm?
Screw this list just provide some more info.

8,000 rpm?
with a 150 mph trap speed you're only going
7800 rpm
What do you have for a bottom end and block?

At 11:1 compression I think you will be sacrificing too much bottom end for a cam to turn 8,000 rpm. I would think 7,200-7,500 rpm would be more realistic goal to hit. If you want to turn 8,000 rpm a solid roller cam would be your best bet. If you are looking to do this on a budget a solid flat tappet cam would fit the bill for best bang for your buck. I would get a custom grind cam to maximize your engine combo, as you will need everything you can get with your lower compression and rpm goals.
