Default lt1 accessories on first gen.

Hey guys, im trying to make my first gen fit into my z28, i have the lt1 intake modded to fit on it but now i need all the accessories. I have the entire lt1 setup and was wondering if it would work. Im hoping to use the altenator and power steering pump but idk if i can even do that. Anyone have any ideas for me. Any conversion kits that may work? I was gunna use a SBC bracket setup but i think the power steering pump might be different...Thanks for any help

i was hoping to avoid an electric water pump because i will be driving this car a lot. Ive been told they can be a lil unreliable. But which stock system are you using? The LT1 on the gen 1 or vice versa...

My stock LT1 system is the one im using, i wanted to just used a third gen stsyem i have laying around but i want to run the AC, so to avoid the headache, i will leave it on with the elec WP, i have heard there is a pulley that runs off the alternator to the crank pulley but i have yet to see one., it is like an extension.

I just found a bracket for the type 2 power steering pump to mount on the first gen. I was gunna get an alternator and water pump setup but have no way of connecting the power steering pump. Any suggestions as to what i could do with out using an electric water pump?

Well, if you do not want the AC to work, use a full serp system from a 88-92 V8 camaro with a 1LE ac delete pulley, use the stock PS pump for the third gen and plumb it into the rack. That is what i was told.

thanks for the info. Ill look into that. I heard i could loop the hoses of the PS pump nd just not have power steering, but idk if i wanna do that. So the third gen PS pump should work?
