lt1 w/sbc top end, new project in the works thoughts?
So i sold off all my blower parts, i decided to go with high comp/nitrous set up. Heres a quick run down on the car and motor.
4th gen about 3100-3200lbs.
Lt1 splayed block 385cid/half filled
Scat 4340 crank
Eagle 4340 Hbeam rods
JE 11.4 Nitrous pistons with Hellfire rings
Apr headsutds/Cometic headgaskets.
Dart Pro 1 227cc heads,Super victor intake, Acufab 1200cfm 4barell t/b
Solid roller 26x/27x duration,688/688lift 112lobe
Headman 1 7/8 headers 3.5" collector with 3.5" duals
Th400,9" w 3.50 gear
Dual stage nitrous system probably around 400hit
i might get it down to 3000lbs with kmember,manual rack and manual brakes, these are also part of the plan. Car is strictly race only pretty much and will be tuned with Accel Dfi.
Either way what do you guys think? I'm shooting for the lt1 nitrous record 8.9x or faster
