Default Anybody willing to give $3000 for a 99 TA w/ STS turbo??

Here is the deal, I have a buddy that has a 99 Ta with 90000 miles. He had put a STS kit on and about 150miles later he lost compression on the 7th cylinder. The car is a clean title car with the interior being a 9 out of 10 and exterior being a 7 out of 10. I got him talked down to $5500 and thats the bottom dollar he said. Im want the rear end, transmission, convertor, and torque arm off the car. I would be willing to give $2500 for it and throw in a 10 bolt that needs a gear set and stock torque arm. He doesnt want to mess with parting it out so I cant buy it off him unless i buy the whole thing I just dont need the whole thing. So basically im looking for someone to go in with me and buy the car let me get those parts off the car, then they get the car, the turbo kit, and the motor. The car is red and has a set of black with polished lip 18"s with new tires. If anyone maybe interested just let me know.
