But I can assure u, the previous record was 9.21, I am chasing it myself but that 8.81 has just devastated me
. I told 'em thanks for raising the bar. Go Rickey Bobby! And Fran & Andy are top dogs, but I see 2-3 more Zs in the 8s b4 the end of this year. Notice the mph on Atomic and LPFS, and then look at the 60'.......these cars will go 8s this year, and then there is a black Z..........

That bad boy is hauling!! Nice job. But for it to TRULY be 100% pumpgas, you would need to remove the methanol, since it is a fuel as well. Not bashing. That car is badazz for sure!

I use race fuel in the stand-alone, but u gotta stave off detonation some how at these power levels. The main point here for me is that we actually daily-drive these cars, in real-world conditions, using a/c, cruise, X/M, etc. And, aside from a couple switches in the console, u would see nothing out of place in the interior. Not a hint they are single-digit cars......fast maybe, but still VERY stealth. Take it to work on monday and to the track on sunday

this is funny. this just goes to show that GM makes the best cars. this viper 1900hp and did 7.99. that vette was what.....894? and did only a sec less. lol just put another 300 horse on there and prolly could hit that maybe faster. and i got in argument today about this vette. the dude is a ford fan and was like i know fox body mustangs doing 7 secs. And i said yeah, Do they have a full interior and a/c???? he just looked at me and then said whatever. hahahahahaha.

That's probably about right for power. The difference between 8.99 and 7.99 is massive, even though the difference between 14.0 and 13.0 isn't much.
It does take twice as much power to get a full second off at those times.
