Guess I'm lucky enough to live in Little River, so Myrtle Beach is pretty much my backyard. Just bought my 01 TA in October so I'll definitely be there next year. Looking forward to it.

not too sure about the show next year as of now. hopefully the lowerstate guys will put it together for us. a few of us from the upstate put the show on last year since it was almost cancelled, and we're hoping we dont hafta drive 4 hours again to hafta work our tails off the whole time lol. maybe the lowerstate guys can chime in and say whether or not the show is going to happen. we dont mind putting shows on, it was fun. but its a lot of work considering we had to drive so far, pay good money to stay in hotels, and we never really got to sit down to enjoy the show bc we worked the whole time. we talked bout hosting another show up here in the upstate, but the beach show is up in the air.

Man, that would be smell trouble right there with that many f-bodies and mustang guys in the same area. I see a lot of mexico runs during that weekend if it indeed existed
The decent priced hotels in MB gets pretty packed during MM so I can' t imaged how bad it would be with both.

like i said ,its gonna be up to the locals to keep it going. us from the upstate did it last year just to save it from dying, but its more convenient for local people to put the show on. paying big money to stay in a hotel and then all the work involved takes a lot out of ya!

going to be headin to atlanta this year for g14, about the same drive but a much better turn out!

I like the beach show though because it can double as a vacation. The gathering is fun as a car show but a hotel parking lot is just not an ideal vacation spot lol.

If the fbody crowd wants fboby week at MB to be something worth the trip it's possible.......but FIRST we need a sponsor.

I'd take the lead on organizing this but I want see at least 75 fbody guys step up and make a firm commitment.
Let's talk it up........we'd need to firm things up by March. What's the likely hood we can get 75 firm commitments over the next three months?
I think we should do it the same weekend as Mustang week........not to start anything with them but to enjoy a friendly exchange. Once it grows then it could be a stand alone event.
