How do you classifed a street car that race on the street ?

plain and simple, if you have a tag,inspection sticker, and all the legal **** to drive it on the street its a street car no matter what kind of gas you run, how bad the gas mileage or how much of the interior's missing. if it can past the test to get an inspection sticker(headlights, blinkers. etc) then its a street car

I've held some street shootouts at tracks, and my usual rules are valid title, tag, and insurance. Car MUST have functioning cooling and charging systems and DOT approved tires. If you want to push it a lil farther, require a 20 mile drive or something...
Everything past that is really just details. If the car is legal and able to drive an extended distance without over heating, killing a battery, running out of fuel, or otherwise breaking down....it can be a potential street car.

tag, insurance and dot tires. inspection sticker you can get away with. no wipers, use rain-x. headlights, tailights and blinkers a must. interior doesnt matter. one seat for you is all ya need.
