Default might buy a motor. need advice.

I have a stock 347 that needs a rebuild. Its in a '99 SS with Patriot Stage 3 heads. Eventually, my plans are to supercharge at 14-15 psi and make around 700-750rwhp. I'm talking to a guy right now about his forged 347. It's priced around what I'm willing to pay for a forged motor. He says he got the motor, ran a 76mm turbo, then the tranny blew, and he decided to go bigger. Here's the build list with extras:

• Forged 347ci blue printed and assembled by LME of Houston Texas
• Stock polished crankshaft
• Manley H-beam rods
• Wiseco forged flat top pistons
• Childs and Albert dura moly rings
• Federal Mogal 152M mains
• Clevite cb663H rod bearings
• Dura bond cam bearings
• ARP main studs
• ARP head studs
• Cometic head gaskets
• Precision Race Components 6.0L stage 2.5 (9:1 compression ratio)
Manley Valves, 2.02"/1.57"
PRC Double Springs, Titanium Retainers, Seats, & Seals
• EPP LS Forced Induction Camshaft @ .050 232-240 .595 int .608 exh 115.0
• Harden pushrods
• Double roller timing chain
• Meling high volume oil pump
8,500 miles on the shortblock and dyno time on heads and cam

I know it's a used motor, but is there anything else that I need to be concerned about? will I still be able to run pump gas? will this motor work with my goals?
