seems like getting a car inspected that is modified is getting harder and harder in my area...because of that my LS foxbody is going to be track only....anyone else in NC deal with this? when i had my turbo 302 in my fox i failed immediately because i had no cat and no smog pump installed...legitimate fails however, i see cars and trucks driving around with loud *** catless exhausts and way crazier motor setups that i had...

now with a Turbo LS, i know i will still fail...

any advice?

is nc your home state?.. im from nc and i have a catless camaro, i just have my superviser sign a paper saying my car is out of state then they send me my tang...works like a charm. so if u have a buddy out of state have him write up a paper saying ur stations at siad base...mail that bitch in and drive ur car till the wheel fall off

You just need to look around some more and beat the ground, be discreet. I have two places I can go. Best way is to find someone you know that does or close with someone who does inspections.

I'm catless and have been NC registered the whole time.
