NC Camaro Meet & Greet May4th-5th The 1st Annual North Carolina Meet & Greet will be May 4 & 5, 2013 in Cary NC. Please mark your calendars for this weekend of old friends, new friends and Camaro excitement. Camaro South, 5th Gen Camaros of the Carolina's and Capital Area Camaro Club are collectively working to organize the event and bring together Camaro Enthusiasts from all across the state.

The Host Hotel has been named and will be the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel in Cary, NC. Lots of restaurants and a sports bar close by. Make your reservations at the phone number located below.

We have 125 dedicated "Sponsor Clubs" Parking spaces in the hotel lot. There are about 50-75 more spaces in the hotel lot that can be used, but we can't guarantee the spaces for our exclusive use. Also, there are plenty of places to parallel park in the entrance areas. Next, we have the overflow parking area in MacGregor Village. That area is listed as 60+ spaces. However, it is truly unlimited, because we have permission from the owner to use the entire lot which is huge. We have also placed at least one vendor (Kooks) in the MacGregor Village area because the hauler they are bringing will be tough to park in the hotel lot.
Spoke with the managers of MacGregor Draft House and will be set up to serve with music and outside tables, Jimmy V's steak house, Wasabi Sushi and Thai, Tony's Oyster Bar, we will have large groups coming in on Friday night and Saturday. They will give us group discounts if we mention the Meet and Greet. Also, Tony's will have music and specials for Cinco De Mayo weekend.
The locals are going to meet the Saturday morning of the Meet and Greet at 10AM at the host hotel to take a cruise around Jordan lake. We have photographers lined up for moving shots and will stop for a group shot. We will arrive back at the host hotel by noon. Those coming from out of town who are here by 10AM are welcome to join us for the cruise. Hendrick Chevrolet will also be inviting their Camaro customer list to join us
