MS and AL: How bad are cops regarding window tint? How strict are cops in Mississippi and Alabama with window tint? I read Alabama can throw you in jail (sometimes for MONTHS) for window tint which is absolutely oppressive and ridiculous.
Here in Florida cops don't really pull anyone over for window tint and penalties are fines and removing the tint.

I'm in Texas and they don't really pull over for tint. I haven't been stopped in years, but whenever I would get pulled over for speeding, I was fast to lower windows in an effort to avoid tint being noticed LOL.
