help ga peeps i won an ebay auction for a lunati 382 stroker kit. ebay#7933632969. after a couple of weeks it arrives-- oh boy-- and is a 6.0 crank, factory pistons and rods-- he lives in albany ga he sells under --z28partsman-- on ebay and i think sikkws6 on the gafba boards.. he will not answer my e-mails if anyone knows him tell him i am going to report the fraud on monday to the police and (fbi for internet fraud) to file charges as he will not refund my $$ if he lived closer, so i could find him, i would take it out of his ***.. 
but i figured it would be better if some big *** in jail got him for a bitch instead

Jeeezzzz you need to look in the sellers feedback section here there is some low life MF that has been screwing people right and left for more than a year,james somebody i think,check the stickies and look for one about a phucktard form Albany Ga. Good luck this guy owes a bunch of people a lot of money. 
cg actually it was james roth i will print this and the sticky when i go to the police with it. by scamming on ebay he is liable to be prosecuted not only by me but the fbi seeing he has numerous cases.. i am gonna make his life miserable as possible.. and unfortunatly for him i have the time and money not only will criminal charges be filed so will civil so if he does not show up to court. (in marietta) a default judgement will be issued for me and a --fife-- filed wich will let me garnish his wages. or remove personal property to be sold at auction to recover my losses. and if he does show up he will be arrested on fraud charges.. so he is going to pay 1 way or the other.. god i love messing with jerks like this..
fwiw i own a construction co. - a used car lot, and rental property. so i can , will and know how to make him miserable.. LOL
