Big thanks to... SlyWS6, LadyRedHawk, and NL for their help with a install on my bird. She's running great, gonna try her out this coming sunday at MMP. Should be interesting, Clint said I could barrow the nittos. So we'll see what times I get if they prep that track worth a dang.

Hey whats up! Long time no see, took me a minute to remember who you were. Well its about a 30% chance of rain sunday, so keep your fingers crossed.
Clint will be there, but the SS will not. It needs a clutch and some new internals for the tranny. It's fine to just drive normally, but racing is out of the question. Plus I'm putting the nittos that are on it, on my car, so ya know, the Hugger will have to sit this one out.
I'm planning to order my own nittos for my car in another month, I'm still gettin use to this stall so the first couple of passes I'm going to take it easy. Hopfully I'll heat the nittos up long enough, I have a nack for not heating them up enough. So hopfully I woun't

Well, I went out to MMP today, and we got rained out. I got my raincheck though. I was disappointed, 'cause I couldn't get traction. We went a couple of runs after it had misted just a little bit. Car couldn't catch any traction, even babying it through 1st and 2nd. She was also running rich as hell, due to no tune.
My best run was like a 13.6 @ 110 with a 2.5 60" time. I ran like a Supra...
Next time I'll have a tune, poly motor mounts ( 'cause I think that the duals were tapping the bottom a little bit and getting false KR ), and some nice sticky Nittos with a line lock so that I can properly heat them up.
Greenfire, I'll see you and Clint there next time, right?

Yeah we saw 60% chance of rain, and didn't feel like wasting $20 to race maybe for an hour. We've done the rain thing before, but no point in going if the radar shows rain coming. It rained just enough to get everything wet then it quit. Oh well, maybe next time. No more sunday T&T, its all friday nights from now on.
We'll see ya out there at some point soon, if the weather holds up.
