If I can come up with the $60 and get off work, I might compete just for the hell of it. I figure that I could at least get in the running for Best R/T and get $100. If I don't nap at the light, I usually pull some .0xx R/T's.

John- you won that last year didnt you? BTW- I got everything installed sat & it works great, no problems at all (THANKS). I even took it to the track yesterday but didnt get the #'s I was looking for. (It was way to hot) & I still need a tune bad. I sprayed the 100 shot & it was spitting & sputtering real bad because it was running pig rich, Only cut an 11.7 on that run. I had to take the 75 shot fuel jet & put it with the 100 NX jet to lean it out a bit. It went 11.3 @ 123.25 that run. That was my last run of the day because they said I need a helmet before I can run again. It odd to hear that we cant let you go down the track because your to fast.
Later,
Vann

Be glad the track isn't NHRA sanctioned, you'd have to have a roll cage and a helmet. Usually 11.99 or quicker you need a cage, 13.99 and quicker you have to have a helmet. Just lucky the tracks here don't have tech inspect, those are just fun fun. NOT. Get to the track only to have them tell you, you can't run b/c no cage, no drive shaft saftey loop, no helmet, all that jazz...lots of rules, but they are in place for a reason.

Vann,

I won a similar event last year but a different group is putting on this event. It should be fun time.

I am glad the carrier worked out well for you.

123.25 is a GREAT MPH and will be easy 10s with a good 60’
