Do yall meet at the sonic in Columbus. I know when i was in auburn the local group met at the sonic also. I went only once or twice. Im driving my old 97 pickup right now, somewhat looking into getting a camaro in the future.

Tonight will be a GOOD night at the track. The barometer is a little low but the 20mph west wind and low temps will make up for it.

Yeah if they prep the track worth anything tonight I think the majority of cars are going to hook. I know I woun't hook, I need some Mickey Thompson ET's to plant the rear end.
I think a lot of us are planning to get there right at 6. Looks like about 5 going in our group. I'm thinking it will be crowded tonight being the first T&T.

Clint got a new best tonight of 12.98 @ 110mph, 60 ft was 2.021. He did really well!
As for me not so well, street tires just didn't hold up. Going back tomorrow with the nittos on my car for some T&T.

JNorris is right about getting there early. I couldn't hook for s**t after bunches of people started running. Damn ricers dragging water through the box.

I really hate Mobile. We'll just say my times sucked, I called about getting some MT ET's and they are on a 2 week back order. Just my luck I guess, they have plenty of 16's if I want to get em and put them on. They are all out of 275/40/17's, ugghhhgg decisions....

I just got back from MMP (3/12) and the track was HOOKING! I was running 19psi hot in the Hoosiers and cutting 1.52 – 1.57 60s. I ran 7.11 to 7.17 in the 1/8 all day long! The DA was +1700ft.

On 3/26-27 MMP is hosting the Southeast Import National. (http://www.mmpdragracing.com/news/news050326.htm ) It is open to all cars. I am sure I will be running in it.
