Yeah, only until I can get the M-22 rebuilt

I'm too lazy to go to the tranny page, besides I can talk with this people in person later...

*leaves thread in the atlanta section*

Because this is going to be my everyday car for a few years and I don't feel like wearing out my leg everytime im stuck in traffic. Other than that I wouldn't mind a mechanical clutch.

i didnt think a hydraulic would make it any easier to depress the clutch pedal, seeing how its not power assisted or anything like that. its just coupling the pedal to the throwout bearing via brake fluid instead of a cable or some other means.

im just about fed up with hydraulic junk. the mustang boys get away with half the clutch we are forced to run. a good friend of mine has been 1.49 60 footing for over 100 passes now in a '03 cobra with a spec stage II clutch! how many f-bodys do you know of that can do that with such a dinky clutch?!?!? his car weighs 3600lbs, and has the t56 trans. linkage is a cable.

My uncle has a M-22 in his 65 nova and it really isn't that bad. What kind of clutch do you intend to run? He has a zoom clutch in his and I don't have any problems with leg fatigue.

Oh ok, I'm just going on what my dad has told from when he had it in his car (around 30 years ago) and drove it everyday.

Your dad is a wuss!
I"M KIDDING!!!
I would go with the mechanical. I had a m-21 in a 67 f-body with a 455 and it wasn't bad cruising at Stone Mountain. I think my dually is worse...bitch wore me out last year leaving Atlanta Motor speedway after a race
