Ron & Mikee were in the area this morning on their way back to the shop, and swung by(out of their way)to help a bruva out(I guess they saw the post, and said they hated to see good folks get phucked over ). So.... 4 batteries/countless hours trying to trouble shoot the problem myself, within 45 minutes Mikee found the problem and I should have it right by tonight. No more electrical gremlins killing the battery/keeping the truck from starting/stranding me without notice. Turns out there was a light load on the battery.... (the previous owner had a bunch of aftermarket electronics rigged *** backwards, and when he pulledthe stuff out, left some hidden wireing "undone").

So..... if/when you get a chance, and remember to return it(I know I'm not way up on your priority list unless you need something )just swing on by

Also.... like to Ron/Mike for going out of their way to give a hand. Wasn't feeling too confident about being out of town on the Clemson job w/a truck that started when it felt like it.

Looks like their are still good folks willing to go the extra mile for friends

 

Glad they got you going. I just bought a ls2 intake from ron...90mm tb and a dynojet wideband commander. Ron is great about delivery time and good prices. Hopefully Mike will start posting again. He is a super nice cars and knows these cars inside and out since he works on them daily.

 

Now Mike B all we need to do is convience you to keep your car and put that TNT kit on there.

And Jerry you need to bring that turbo monster by the shop one day and give a brotha a ride

At that time, the motor/trans were removed, motor was built/buttoned up and EVERYTHING had been reinstalled complete . Only thing left to do was coil packs/wires, dipstick/tube, and oil IIRC. I did the job entirely by myself

Don't even go to the broken dipstick memory Holmes I was UNDER the car. YOU were on TOP of the car.... THAT'S where the dipstick start its long winding journey. Not like it's a straight phuckin' shot or anything THEN... you say.... "wow man.... that sucks for you", and proceed to leave.
I spend the next 8 hours fishing the broken end out of the oil pan. Thanx for the help Brahhh....

Ron, again I have no intentions of fighting/hurting you. I know for a FACT you'd stand up and try to swap licks with me, I respect that. You wouldnt last long, but I respect you for it . As for being under the car, YEA you were under the car putting the dipstick in SIDEWAYS. I was above with absolutely no vision of what was going on underneath. As for trips to your house, lets see.....You've forgotten to mention the 3 or 4 times I came out of MY way to bring you MY scanner back when your car was throwing codes, and then I had to come back and get the damn thing cause YOU never brought it back to me. Sound familiar? ONly diff is I actually have made the effort to call you and bring the meter back . As for your motor install, I offered several times to come help you, and EVERY time you told me you like working on your car by yourself. How'd you manage to break the dipstick inside the oil pan . Did you leave the dipstick in the tube or something??
