Emissions In Georgia???? Asap

what are my chances of passing emissions in ga, i live about thirty min north of Atlanta and about five min west of GMMG and RP Motorsport. I have a 98 camaro A4, with TR224 112, pacesetter LT's, TSP rumbler orx, ls6 intake, 241 heads, 918 comp springs.... please let me know your thoughs...... THANKS

You can go to A-1 Emissions in Atlanta. I have a buddy that works there and he will make it pass. I have about 12 SES codes at the moment and mine passed

. Most places need to print out the scan information that they receive but not all.

yes the rear o2 senser code has been deleted. i'm not sure about the others. but the car is tuned and doesn't have any warning lights on..

Tell your bud good luck,we just had a tester loose his licence for 2 years and a 1750 fine/or jail time for helping his friend hot pipe an OBDII car,the problem with OBDII(96 up) cars is that on 2000 up cars the vin in the computer is read during the test,and even on 99 and earlier veh. there are "fingerprints" that will identify if the car is a Chevy/Toyota/Ford etc.etc.that is being tested, once the EPD runs a queery on your friends station(not IF but WHEN) he will get a visit form the Enviralmental(sp) Protection Division,I have been doing ET in Ga since 98 and and I can promise you these guys are getting serious about cracking down on fradulent testing.

so rally do you thionk the car will pass or what? if not do you know any one here in ga that will tune it so it will? thanks

If your SES(check engine light) is not on you should have no problem,basically your computer says all is well and a pass is in your future....people need to understand that you can modify your car BUT if you delete factory installed emissions control devices, cats/egr/o2 sensors etc,then edit/hptuners needs to be brought into the equasion to "tell"the puter that all is well.
