The smell of race gas, the sound of drag cars, and the sun and all......Let me say, I got to get the SS back to Shadyside. Last time I was there, another TransAm in the trailer.

Maybe we can plan a trip to a 1/4 mile next time, Commerce or Bristol and see what they do. Again, thanks Brian, your the greatest for dropping everything and coming to get us and also letting me use your gears to get me going again!

Oh man, I'm really sorry to hear that Becky. Hopefully, you can just toss some new gears in there and she'll be good as new.

If it's more than the ring and pinion and you don't want to spring for a 12-bolt, I've still got my stock rear if you'd be interested.

Josh, did you get your car all shined up this weekend for g9? Do you think you will try the dyno down there? Its really top notch.

I'm still trying to get the car ready. It's sat outside for nearly a year, so it looks pretty rough. I cleaned the engine today (didn't bother detailing it, just cleaned it up a bit) and plan on hitting the paint with the PC tomorrow.

How do you like the Menzerna polishes? I've been using the Poorboy's SSR polishes, but I've heard a lot of good things about the Menzerna polishes.

And yes, I would like to have it dynoed. I'm interested to see how it does with the 12-bolt. For $50, why not? You plan on strapping yours down?

Thank you. Thank you very much! I had a blast -- but I'm hooked for sure now. Man gotta get some practice on that tree though! I'm pretty happy with 8.6 for my first drag race. Becky, holla if ya need me! I know you hate to be without those wheels! Can't wait to put my cam in though! Really really excited now! We may go with a 4.10 pretty soon though.

Sorry to hear that Becky, glad to see you got your nitrous on there. Sounds like you are having a blast, I would look into saving up for a 12-bolt.

Will strap it down again. I think it gets more miles on the rollers than it does on the road. Yes, the Menzerna is worth every penny!

It was nice to meet you too. We went with the TS Torquer. (See siggie). That really gave her a boost!
