Default Hot Rod Overload

The Hot Rod Power Tour 2005 was a HOT ROD OVERLOAD!!..Geeeze what a display of American Muscle and Ingenuity ...there were just about any kind of hot rod that you could think of there..there was a good turn out of LS1 TECH people too..if you ever have the chance to go you owe it to yourself even if it is for only a day or two ...a great time, great cars, and great people all in one spot..can't beat that..

Yeah I went up to B'ham and then to Tallahassee on the tour and it was alot of fun despite some rain. For sure the f-bods represented. On 231 from Dothan a new black Z06 with the LS7 passed us along with vipers and about anything you could imagine. Also in Dothan we were in traffic with a sharp blue formula with ls1 tech stickers on the rear window. I was in a white TA with the TT'2s and nittos and my buddy travis was ahead of me in his black TA, cutout open, and camming pretty hard with the F11. Lots of cars and friendly people. I would love to do it again.

I had a BLAST looking at all those sweet rides!! You could stand anywhere in that parking lot and spit and hit a first gen camaro that would be to die for! Including Tony's!!! ( Tony, i would never spit on your car, figure of speech ) Words can not do that car justice!
I'm just glad i got up early, to drive out there and be a part of it....

I just worked registration at the Nashville leg of the Tour and only until about 3:00 that afternoon . Still , I got a lot of pics of some really nice rides , pondered at some of the more bizarre automotive statements (that yellow Fiesta was just plain ODD!) and get one hell of a sunburn. I would have stayed all day but had to be in at work at 4:30. Next year, I'm taking the day off!

I agree.. The Power Tour was freakin awesome! I have never seen that many sweet *** hot rods in one place at the same time.. I was literally in awe.. I'm from B'ham and got in with some of the guys when they were coming down I-65 South into B'ham. It was alot of fun and next time I will for sure take the day off and get in on the cruise!

01TAM6 -- I saw ur car and ur buddys black T/A.. Both lookin good!
