Be smooth, that's one of the most important things when being on a bike, be smooth. 80% of your stopping power comes from the front brakes, so you need them, avoid panic/sudden grabs of the brake lever...

Oh, I completely agree. Everyone who has taken it says it is fantastic. If I had the $250, I would sign up in a heartbeat. Plus, I think there is a long waiting list
