Yeah, I was shaking after that run. Had to make myself go one more time to get over it, like getting back on the horse that threw ya. It was the WOT switch for the nitrous that hung it opened, so NL pushed it out of the way so I knew it wouldn't do it again....but I have bad memories of these things from 99 Firehawk ya know.

I think if we ran right now Steven it would be a boring race except of course if your rear-end locked up in the middle of it, then that might be fun.

Yeh that wouldn't be fun! I think my super rich problem is what is killing my times. I finally pulled the plugs out today and they are shoot. I haven't drivin the car since being at your shop that fri. And that was straight from Bristol too. I put new plugs in and put the translator on to see if I can get the l-trims down. They were reading -14 all the time and the bad thing is that is as low as the scanmaster reads. So I am in big trouble there. I need to get it tuned bad. You ready to go racin again?

I'm thinking thurs Bristol! And I might pull out the seats for some extra help.

Are you seriously going to run with your rear-end like that? You are brave!

Thanks Tim. The temp was 89 degrees when I ran, but the humidity was low at about 35% I should have ran high 7.5 to 7.6s. It was like it was missing up in the high rpms. I wonder if it doesn't like the MSG plug wires. Will do some scan runs this week and try to see what it is doing. Diffantly didn't feel right.

Scan didn't show anything going on. I think it might be a little lean at WOT so I added some fuel there. But that didn't change anything. Then NL changed my plugs, the old ones seemed fine......feels a little better with new plugs gapped at .035 instead of .055, but it still isn't right. Scans show no knock or misfire... I have great torque when I take off, and shift and feels good from 1st to 2nd, then when I get to the high rpms in 2nd it feels like it stumbles before it shifts into 3rd. I think I would win all races from a 0 - 20 start to about 60 mph finish, but I lose after that...

Haven't fixed the nitrous yet, and no plans right now for the track. I want to get her running right before I go back. I might go back to the Taylor wires, heck even the stock ones might work better then these.

Man everyone is having issues with their cars.

Hope you guys get them fixed soon, our cars are done for this year.

Got some plans for next year and some goodies

Nice times becky even though the car isn't acting right. Same thing happened to me when I went to Fayetteville, and my car starting acting up on the way. Took it once down the track and that was it, parked it. All that acting up really was scarey, to find out it was the ignition switch.

4 hrs one way only to have the car break down....BLAH! I needed to after that one.
