TENNESSEE speeding tickets
Its going to be super difficult to get out of a state trooper ticket here in TN right now. The insurance ticket will more than likely be dropped if you go to court and show them you have insurance then. Not 100% but its a good possibility. The speeding ticket you might be able to contest b/c it was a 70mph zone... if its the officers mistake they might be forced to throw it out. In TN right now though there are a lot of crackdowns on tickets being "fixed" b/c of a lot of corruption in that area for the past years...

If it was a local ticket , you could have plead guilty if it was your first offense in 3 years and got a traffic school pass. Doesn't show up on your MVR or reported to insurance . But , I don't think you can do that on a state trooper issued ticket. Sorry to be a bummer.
I got an HOV ticket a few years ago by a trooper, and got the option to take traffic school when I appeared in court. I don't know if it depends on the location where you go the ticket. I had to go to a courthouse in Nashville on mine.
