I think we have a broken plasma in the back on the store I could prolly get that for free lol and I have a couple of outdated HD satelite receivers for ya too. :-)

Anyways good luck with the shop Nick I really may have to bring the car down to you and let you get some of the bugs out of the tuning that More couldn't. And of course I'll gladly pay you, you are charging what $10-15/hr right?

When it gets to around 5500 rpm it starts breaking up like it blowing out spark. The car hasw a hard time pulling to 6K. I am going to try a different plug with a smaller gap and see if that works but if not I will def be giving you a call.

Before anyone else posts another thing, check to see if they are a sponsor on the right. Otherwise this thread is going in the trash.

WTF You might wanna check dude cause there's not a sponser near alot of us so just because we havent listed all sponsers for this post doesnt mean we dont support them. Fact is More shut down and they were the closest. Not to rag on you at all cause I don't wanna get banned but I've seen alot worse on the southern forums that slips through the cracks and I think this is a lil petty, but that's just me Have a nice day.

My thoughts exactly matt. I don't see anyone advocating any shops, just a question asked as to where an F body could be worked on in the charlotte area. There is no one doing anything out of context. I think even the ***** could agree with that :-)

What the ****?

Advance Auto isn't a sponsor.
Jegs/Summit isn't a sponsor.

Yet I see them listed all the time.

I understand that this site wants the users supporting the sponsors, but goddamn, there isn't a single sponsor in NC or remotely near, but there are a fuckton of awesome shops around. I don't see why posting the name of a shop who has a lot of experience working with our cars is a bad thing. Just because they don't pay the premium around here doesn't mean people don't deserve to hear about them. If we all lived in Houston or NJ or Florida, that'd be different. We're in NC, where there are several really good shops that could help these people.

"Before anyone else posts another thing, check to see if they are a sponsor on the right. Otherwise this thread is going in the trash."

What are you referring to there?

All I did was answer the question about shops in NC. I never asked for any work or advertised anything. This is all just talk between locals that are most all friends anyway. What exactly is the problem? When my shop actually exists, it will become a sponsor.

Nick Williams is a personal friend on mine not a shop so there lol.

Nick as a personal friend I may swing my car by your place someday and have you take a long at it. And as a friend I may pay you for that help. And heck we might even be able to hang out or head to the track sometime like most of us do every thurs night at mooresville. (I hope there aren't track sponsors cause mooresville isn't one of em)

Good God what a bunch of morons

you should just drive your cars to the nearest sponsor
even if it is many hours away

what ever you do, do not try to help local people find local help that is uncalled for

PS Wvaboy if you need tuning help I can send you a E-Mail to the people who did my Turbo car

they did a really good job
