Ouch 71 in a 45
Ouch 71 in a 45 Well i got pulled over today on 20 in Canton i knew i probably shouldnt have passed the truck but it was a two lane and i was tired of seeing it. Well what do ya know a cop on a bike holding a Radar gun, he pulled me over said he liked the car and it sounded good.....at this point im thinking i might get out of it, then he proceeds talking about his 69 Camaro and how much he liked it and everything. Then he says you were running 71 in a 45 
, my immediate response was damn i was going that fast honestly i just gassed it in 5th never geared down, he said he would work with me on the charge and lowered it to 65 in a 45 o well i guess i got out of going to jail, anyways just thought id whine a little lol

the only ticket i've ever gotten was an 89 in a 55. No slack no excuses. I really dont even think I was going that fast either. Went to advanced driving school on my 19th bday and it went away.

yeah the cop was actually pretty cool about it i mean hell i talked to him forever befor he wrote me the ticket but i wasnt trying to get out of it i knew i shouldn't have passed in that spot just because they are always shooting radar, the bad thing is there was a truck riding my *** at the time that nearly caused a wreck but he told me he couldnt get his radar on him fast enough or he was going to let me go. O Well how much should insurance go up?? this is also my first ticket

Thats sucks.. I got busted back in 03 out by Holly Springs doing 30 over.. The trooper wanted to take me to jail.. Went to court, which was a trailer and reduced it down to a 19 over.. Good luck with it, if you don't any past tickets you can get it reduced more..

What part of 20 were you on in Canton, cause I go that way at least 4-5 times a week and there's usually at least one always sitting some where out there. As for insurance rates it depends, mine didn't go up at all for my first one. My insurance is with State Farm FWIW.
it was actually Cherokee i messed up, right where 369 merges to 20, if i do go to court what do i plead?? And i noticed there is no speed limit sign between where i got off of 369(55mph) and where he clocked me on 20 in a 45mph zone so could this stand up in court?? the sign was actually like half a mile up the road from where i was pulled over, if anything ill make them put a sign up.
