!!!! Help me !!!! Ok today my car decided to givew me the big 
. So at the intersection, i was still moving, I floored it, accelerated as normal and shifted down as normal then about 5 seconds later I hear this god awful sound so I turned it off immediately, pulled off to the side of the road. So we cranked it up again and it starts but is making that horrid noise. It sounds like a metal on metal "knock" sound coming from the block somewhere. Dont have a clue as to what the hell I did. I checked the Oil and there are no bits of metal in it from what I could feel. Any Input is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

Do the simple stuff, take the valve covers off, and remove the rockers and check for broken pushrod, and fallen off rocker. I had a pushrod break in my TA and it sounded god aweful, I drove it a good 30 miles to limp it back home too.
You could also remove one plug wire at a time to help pinpoint if the problem is with a specific cylinder.
