Good Lawyer Needed! Last night me and my buddy were on our way back from firehawk608's house in gwinnet and both got tickets for "racing" thats all the tickets say, but what happened was........ 120 turns in to one lane where all that B.S. construction has been going on for about a year and we went through there behind a van that was doing 30mph and it was one lane by "jack and jills" so we just stuck it out, and when it hit two lanes right there where it does we both passed the van and got up to 50 and held 50 all the way to northpoint parkway where you go up that hill, Me goin up the hill with true duals and single chamber flows isnt gonna be very quiet considering we were both in second, so i looked at my buddy next to me and he smashed it to make his car jump so i did the same, and a cop was waitin to do a u-turn (he wasnt sitting patroling) and after we passed him he pulled out behind us and got up on us for a minute and then laid back, well there was a yellow light that me and my buddy both made it through and the cop STOPPED FOR IT!!! therefore he wasnt gonna mess with us we got ahead about a mile, and the van pulled up next to him and told him to go get us because we both passed them "like they were sitting still" so he pulled us both over and gave us a ticket for racing.......!!!!! 
But i think the fact that he stopped at that light and let both of us go through will hold up against us considering it was the vans word that says we were racing. INPUT??? BTW its a mandatory 12 month suspension if convicted, and ill be damned if im gonna be convicted over someone telling the cop to go get us, and when he pulled us over he magicly "heard us racing for miles" but is that why he stopped at that light and let us proceed about a mile ahead of him??????????????????????????????
