Yah, it was a bummer. 1 run and out
Kinda happy with my run except for sitting at the dang lights forever. Good news is that I got some good data on the run and hopefully be able to test the changes next time out. Definitely putting on the straight pipes for the next time out.

Good meeting you guys also.

Certainly were some noisy fart cars out

Man that sucks that the track wasn't prepped right. We need to get a group down one weekend to Silver Dollar or Carolina Dragway. Each is only 2-2.5 hour drives and WELL worth it!

No, my car is FAR from back together still. I was driving my buddies car, trying to get the tune sorted out. It was the maroon turbo 240sx on MT's. And yes, those wheels were mine, are they on the car yet?

It was the car but not me. It was my buddy driving home, I was just driving it at the track a little. It started floating the valves again, so he is ordering some parts for it today.

I liked those black rims.
Making me consider getting mine just repainted instead of getting new ones. 5 years old now and starting to pit some.

Silver Dollar Raceway is a regional-quality NHRA quarter-mile drag strip located in Reynolds, Georgia

Welcome to Carolina Dragway, proudly sanctioned by the International Hot Rod Association, and one of only two 1/4 mile dragstrips in South Carolina.

At least that is what the web pages say.

Nope, both are full 1/4 mile tracks. And for you traction freaks, Carolina is known as the "House of Hook". And definately lives up to its name!
